Moffett Library Mission Statement
Moffett Library supports the teaching and research focus of Midwestern State University (MSU), a public liberal arts institution. Also, Moffett Library provides recreational and informational materials for the communities around Wichita Falls.
Moffett Library provides materials regardless of form to library users irrespective of location.
Predominately, the library’s users are undergraduate and graduate students, teaching faculty,
researchers, administrators and staff at MSU.
The library’s staff provides both information literacy activities and assessment of information
materials. As our ultimate goal, Moffett Library strives to create life long learners.
