Where and When is the Conference?
The 2009 conference is being held at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas. All presentations and meetings will be held in the Clark Student Center located on the corner of Comanche and Council Drive. (map)
How long is the Conference?
The conference is scheduled for all day, Thursday, October 8, 2009 with registration starting at 8:00am and the last session of the day ending at 5:50pm. The registration desk will be located in the Comanche Suites room of the Clark Student Center. (floorplan)
The sessions on Friday, October 9, 2009 start at 8:30am to allow for breakfast on your own and hotel checkouts. The Conference is scheduled to end at 12:00pm (noon) on Friday. How much is Registration?
The registration fee is $70 which includes all sessions, breaks, programs, the conference luncheon on Thursday, and lunch on Friday. Fees are waived for presenters.
Will Internet connections be available?
The Clark Student Center does offer wireless Internet. Additionally, Moffett Library is directly across the street from the Center and has numerous public access computers available for your use.
