Registration is now open. Cost of registration is $70 and includes lunch on October 8 and October 9, 2009. Pre-Registration is strongly encouraged.

Cancellation/Refunds

All cancellations requesting a refund must be made in writing. A 15% administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations. There will be no refunds after October 2, 2009.
